How can I get to the hotel?

I plan to be late. Until what time can I check-in?

Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and check-out before 11:00 a.m. If the room is ready on your arrival, you will not need to wait until 4:00 p.m. to check-in. In case you arrive earlier and your room is not ready, you can enjoy the hotel facilities.

If you plan to arrive later than 7:00 p.m., please let us know, we have a 24-hour reception service so there would be no problem attending you upon arrival.

Is the entrance to the hotel open at night?

You can enter and leave the hotel at any time of the day and night. Our reception is active 24 hours.

What time can I enter the room?

The time of entry to the room is from 16:00.
If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage, enjoy our facilities and make the necessary arrangements at reception.

What time should I leave the room?

Check-out is until 11:00 maximum. If you need to leave the room later than 11:00, ask at Reception. We have a late check-out service with a supplement, but always subject to hotel availability at the time of departure.

On the other hand, that you have to leave the room does not imply that you have to leave the hotel. You can continue to enjoy the facilities and use our luggage storage whenever you want.

What does the Half Board include?

Includes breakfast and dinner. (Drinks not included).

What hours does the restaurant have?

The Hotel Checkin San Carlos has a buffet restaurant that offers breakfast service (08:00 to 11:00) and dinner (20:00 to 22:00).

Is access to the hotel allowed with animals?

Yes, pets (dogs) that do not exceed 7kg in weight are allowed. There is a supplement of €10 per day per animal, for extra cleaning of the room.

Can you store my luggage during the day if I have already checked out of the hotel?

Yes, ask for at reception and we will store your luggage for free during your day of departure so that you can continue to enjoy the hotel facilities. In the same way, we will do it on the day of your arrival at the hotel in case you arrive before check-in and your room is not available.

Are the outdoor pools heated?

No, neither the pre-Olympic outdoor pool (33x13) nor the children's pool are heated.

Do you have a bar in the pool area?

We have our Pool Bar, open from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. where apart from all kinds of drinks, you can enjoy snacks. Bar hours vary according to season and hotel occupancy.

When will I have to make the payment for my stay at the hotel?

Payment for the stay is made directly at the hotel, upon arrival, at Check-in.

Does the hotel have a Fitness Room?

The hotel has a fitness room with different weight machines, dumbbells, exercise bikes, treadmills and elliptical trainers.

Is there parking at the hotel?

Yes, at Hotel Checkin San Carlos we have an open-air, unattended car park, where our clients can park their vehicle for free, with capacity for about 80 vehicles.

Is there an Internet connection in the Hotel?

Yes, there is free Wi-Fi connection in the hotel hall, in the pool bar and in the rooms.
